Tried numerous time calling for parts at the various departments (Ford, Mazda and Honda), only to get put on hold long enough to cycle back to operator. Left messages for a callback and still no call backs. I'm trying to make estimates but cannot due to these limitations.

I made an appointment on Saturday. I got the appointment on Tuesday. My son in law brought the car in Tuesday morning. They told him THE mechanic is ill. He has to pay the whole summ for the repair of 2 wheel bearings in advance. On Wednesday they called that they have to order parts. I was there on Thursday, THE mechanic is in the hospital and they don’t know when he is back to work. Nothing was done all the days. I took my car to Pep Boys and they could fix it on Friday. Also for $ 200 less. I hope they getting their only mechanic back. Worst place i ever brought my car in. Unfriendly and absolute incompetent people.

Borman Ford Services is Horrible! Been dealing with engine problems for about 6 months (they failed to fix the first time in October 2022). I had an scheduled appointment to get my truck in a month ago, showed up for my appointment to find out they “don’t have a bay”. Still waiting and not one phone call from them. Should I be relieved that Roger said “I’m next”?

The lender on our trade calls DAILY, and they don't care that Borman is slooooooow. They just want their $$$$$$. Something like this hurts a person's credit rating. Something just seems off.

The wont pay off your trade until you are bombarded by your former lender. As a former dealership Controller, this is usually a sign of not enough cash in the business. It should NOT take a month to pay ANY vehicle off, and the clock is STILL RUNNING!!!!

I'd give 0-stars if I could.I had the mirror cap of my 2021 F-250 pop off of the driver-side auto-folding mirror while driving down the highway, doing a trip from Houston to Tucson in February. On 07FEB, I take the truck in to get serviced for a due oil change and to get the warranty work done on this mirror issue. My father lives in town and I figured by the time we returned, two weeks later--the mirror cap should be good to go. Here it is 05APR and still no mirror cap; I have contacted them almost weekly, since 07FEB, to followup and they keep saying their bodyshop is backlogged. If you have seen the mirror cap, which they claim needs to be painted, you'd know it's a very small job. It's one of the smallest, painted pieces on the vehicle. So why their management in their infinite wisdom see fit to wait until they can just get conveniently get around to it instead of making the executive decision to just expedite the prioririty and get it out of the queue is beyond me. I contacted Ford Corporate and they told me I can just go to a local dealership and get the thing serviced and I'm glad too 'cause Borman Ford SUUUUUUUCKS!! So untrustworthy.

Salesman attentiveness. Have been looking for a truck for about a year now. Marcos Ramirez from Borman kept me abreast of vehicles coming in to look at. This weekend we made an appointment with Marcos to view a new F-150. Upon arrival he already had two customers ahead of us. While working with his other customers he also made time for us. He brought us the keys a let us take the truck out for a test drive. Keep in mind I have know Marcos and the Borman dealership for a while. I have purchased from them before. So they were ok for me and my wife to drive out alone. We came back and Marcos was still busy with the other two. He came up to us a few times to see if the wait was OK, or he could have someone else help us. We weren't in a hurry and dealing with Marcos is what we wanted. Once he was available he attended to us 100%. He even presented a couple discounts that may have been available. We were able to get my military discount. With a salesman like Marcos, we felt quite comfortable in what we bought and the service we received was excellent. When you go to Borman, ask for Marcos Ramirez.

I wasn't on my way to buy a car, but there happened to be one on the lot that was just right for me. I really thought I'd have to sit down with a sales rep & order one & wait 6 months to get my new car. I got what I knew was a fair trade-in value, so I started signing on many dotted lines. Braden Tidwell was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't at all "pushy" & didn't try to talk me into anything. Bruce Weinreich came over to introduce himself & let Braden do his excellent job. I've been doing business with Borman for about 16 years and my only "complaint" is the time it takes to complete a sale or to get an oil change.

Buyer beware! My white paint has been chiping and flaking for no reason on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. I called Borman when it started chipping and they said the warranty didn't cover paint. I received a letter today that 2017 - 2018 Elantra, Sonata, and Santa Fe Sport vehicles are having issues with the white paint peeling or bubbling. They extended the warranty for 6 months. I called about my 2017 Sonata, but I purchased it in Sept 2016 and my car does not qualify to be repaired under warranty. My advice, stay away from Hyundai vehicles. There have been several recalls over the years on my car and now this! Not worth the money! Very disappointed with Hyundai and Borman. I guess I will be purchasing my next car someplace else. I read your response. Thank you for the number to contact. I still don't trust Hyundai. This car has had issues. I bought it new and have had several recalls. You sell these cars on your lot. Therfore, you are part of the problem. You should be able to stand behind what you sell.

Today I went to pick up my part that I paid for two days ago. Salesman walked me to the parts area that was still open. As I get to the window the heavy set Caucasian older man, aka parts manager, told me "I don't wait for no one, it's friday" and shut the window in my face. I own two hyundais and I will never be returning to borman for anything after this experience. I'd rather wait a week for parts online. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. I will be contacting Lisa mendoza Monday morning and getting my part. This is ridiculous.

However, all he needed to do was find your prepaid part and hand it to you. Instead, this employee responded in a way that isn’t up to our standards, and he has been reprimanded for his failure. We have tried to contact you twice this morning and left voicemails for you to apologize for this situation personally, and we would be happy to deliver your part to you free of charge. I feel very fortunate to have met Braden, Bennie and I feel very fortunate to have met Braden, Bennie and Bruce at Borman Ford/Honda in Las Cruces, NM. I recently found myself in a difficult position when my only vehicle had a serious mechanical issue, and I was without a reliable car to drive. I truly feel like I have not only developed a relationship with Borman Ford, but that I have friends at Borman who can help me when I have vehicle troubles. Best of all, I know the staff at Borman are honest and will do what they say they will do. I will not hesitate to contact Borman again in the future to purchase my next vehicle.

The purchase of my car was excellent at Borman park with Ken!! I was unfortunately in an accident in my new vehicle and took for repairs in the body shop at Borman since I bought my car there with ease. That was a very unfortunate mistake!!! It’s been over a month and they just started on repairs last week, when I was told to go in for a rental since my insurance rental ran out they said to go anytime of the day, I went for my lunch at work only to be told they didn’t have my rental ready. This is the last place I would suggest for repairs in the body shop, they have no communication with eachother and couldn’t even get an answer to why it has taken so long for repair.

Just bought a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Borman Autoplex! The whole process, although long, went very smoothly. Huge shoutout to salesman Braden Tidwell. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough. He spent hours with me trying to find a car that was right for me and my family. We looked at many different cars, some from their website, others on the lot and test drove 4 separate vehicles. He was extremely patient as we went back and forth on what we wanted and in no way pressured us to make a decision. He truly just wanted us to find a car that we wanted and that we would be happy with. My previous car was purchased under a pressuring salesman and turned out to have a lot of problems, so I appreciate the patience and genuine care that Braden had to help me find what was right for me, not to just make a sale.Bruce Weinreich, the sales manager was also great in the process, as he made us the final deal that allowed us to walk out feeling satisfied with our purchase. Buying a car is a lot of money, and the price has to be right. He worked with us to get the right price so that we didn't have to compromise and spend over budget to buy something we wanted.Finally, I have to acknowledge our time with Roberto Avina, the finance manager. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable about interest rates and who we could finance with to get the best interest rate. And very friendly. Overall, he made the final process very smooth and we had all the information we needed to walk out the door with my new car!My previous experience with car dealerships has not been good. I was stressed and anxious when it came to buying a new car because I didn't want to deal with pressuring salesman. However; my experience at Borman Autoplex was great and I don't have any regrets stopping in. When it comes to buying another car in the future, I would go back to them again. I bought a truck here when i traded it in elsewhere they told me these guys overpriced it. Came a second time today with husband to acquire a second car they didnt even try to get him financing they wanted a down payment of 5k off the bat for a not so expensive car to make their commission immediately or wanted to force me to cosign which is something very personal they shouldnt be meddling with, service has gone way down as well as inventory, and on coffee says service or sales customers only basically dont get any if u dont buy a car from usWill take business elsewhere its a shame cause ive bought 3 cars from u before and no more! Update: after months of being respectively calm with the whole process I meet with the owner. I was lied to and told that he wasn't there. After demanding to speak to him I finally was led to his office where he was the whole time. The conversation ended with him telling me he doesn't pay for his company's mistakes nor does he pay for his employees mistakes or lies. He didn't think I'd record the meeting. I did. I'm very happy I did. Couldn't believe the words that came out of his mouth.We bought 2 vehicles the same night. Brand new Explorer and Lincoln Suv. I brought the Lincoln in for service for faulty air vents, rear windows and a rear wheel well trim that was not attached properly after being contacted thru Lincoln. Borman had my vehicle for 3.5 weeks to fix these things. Upon being called to pick up my vehicle the Service manager stated over the phone that someone "bumped" the tire of a truck into the front driver side bumper. When I arrived I clearly saw he lied. What I saw was:-bumper that was removed- bumper was painted not the same color to match- grill isn't attached inside the bumper- fenders are misaligned and have gaps- hood is not aligned with gaps on one side and tight on the other- texture of the bumper looks to be poorly repaired with fiberglass (bondo filler)-undercarriage cover loose and hanging- built in cameras not operable or working- sensors not working for crash avoidance- center console inside taken apart-food all over the floor inside- steering feels off- brakes don't feel the same- sanded and not even clear coated in places where bumper meets fenders- passenger side of bumper was clear coated without being painted and they painted over chips I hadn't had a chance to touch up so you can't do it now and touch up paint on top of the clear coat as a last minute attempt to cover more scratches and damage but wrong pen used- headlights not even when on- and more...This vehicle has 13,000 miles and isn't a year old. It went in like a new vehicle and the service manager stated that "it looks fine to him" and that "I drive trucks so I don't notice cosmetic things" and proceeded to continue making me feel bad for noticing major damage to my vehicle. He offered to replace the bumper saying "we don't normally do this but" (as if he's doing me a favor) and I felt mortified that they wouldn't even acknowledge the damage or even talk about it but instead became defensive as if I was wrong for stating that my car had been wrecked and I was never told and that they tried to cover up something horrible. Even worse is that they sent me home with a car that has so many safety features not working that I don't even know if the airbags will deploy. My automatic brakes engaged on roadrunner heading home with no one in front of me. I asked for video of the incident and I was told it happened "out of view of the cameras." I contacted my insurance and they're trying to work with the dealerships insurance but it's been horrible. My new Lincoln has lost all of its value and I still have up continue paying it off because they will not take responsibility. I'm assuming that they will not even pay for any depreciating factors given the fact that they're so non communicative with insurance and even Lincoln motors when they tried to contact. I'm very disappointed in Borman and knowing we bought 2 vehicles the same night and brought 2 more people to them within 2 weeks to buy more based on the buying experience I am really torn up over how customer loyalty works there. It seems like the sale is a song and dance of impressing the buyer not afterwards good luck getting any honesty or help. This is going to be a horrible, lengthy and expensive process for me. EXPENSIVE. I thought I could trust them. Nothing they can do or say will ever meet any standards of trust that would get me to bring my vehicle back to them or have any doings with them ever again.

As you know, you chose to file an insurance claim for your repairs with the dealership’s insurance company. Additionally, you also opted to have your vehicle repaired at another body shop instead of at the Borman Autoplex. If you are now not happy with the repairs on your car from that other body shop, that is between you, the insurance company, and that other shop. Any perceived loss of value of your car would also be covered by the same insurance claim filed under the Borman Autoplex policy.

I purchased a used subaru in the middle of June. Cecil was great and so was junior, when they were making money. It is now August 8th and after a dozen requests to find out where my plates are, I find out from my bank that they have not received the title yet. Cecil gave me the run around saying that he would check everytime I asked. He never checked. Bottom line, they're interested only in making money off of you at borman autoplex, and once that's done, you're nothing to them. They also charge $100 when buying ued for n inspection and servicing. My car was not serviced. The date on the oil filer written in sharpie was september 2021, the air filter and cabin air filter were full of bugs and dirt. Rip off dealer. Avoid this dealer at all costs. There are far better deals and far better human beings literally anywhere else. Despicable.

Paul Garay charged me 114.00 to diagnose a problem with my seat belt/airbag system. But they could not diagnose the problem and told me it would cost 400.00 more for continued diagnostics. However, he said he could not promise to find or fix the problem. When I questioned the 114.00 charges, he removed them, but told me he would not work on my vehicle in the future, and to find another dealership.

I highly recommend purchasing your next new (or used) vehicle from Borman Autoplex. I recently purchased a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and couldn't be more impressed with Borman's professionalism and service. They really went above and beyond. Braden Tidwell took care of me completely - even picking me up at the airport (El Paso) since I had to fly in to pick up the new SUV. Thank you Cesar Hernandez for the email to remind me the dealership that ruined my first car buying experience. Pretty sure it was a manager I dealt with. June of 2020. Came in I wanted the 2015 Honda Accord. Offered 11,000. They said yes so I put a $3,000 down payment. Mind you I was stationed on Holloman roughly 70 miles away. I came back the next day and the total somehow became 15,000 with registration and “warranty”. I said I never wanted or asked for a warranty and I wanted it taken off. The gentleman said I’d have to come back the next day bc the paper work takes so long. Fast forward to today and I work at CarMax where I can add a service plan and remove it with ease and still get a sale done in under 2 hours. I’ve studied sales law (in Co) and what they did to me as an Airman is illegal in my state. Shame on that sales tactic I hope they have leaned a more honest way to sell cars and make a living. However I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve taken good care of the vehicle and it’s taken good care of me. Just shady and dishonest sales tactics that grind my gears.

By far the worst experience with this dealership. Braden Tidwell meets the salesmen stereotype - liar & untrustworthy even though I made it clear from the beginning I was purchasing a vehicle. No need for all the unnecessary lies and non existent promises made on his part. His manager Pat Sullivan wasnt any better. Such a nightmare since purchasing my vehicle. I guess if you're not a man going in to borman, expect to be lied to by these scumbags. Oh and make sure to document anything this "man" promises you on paper with his signature because he will twist your words to make you look like the liar.

Terrible!!! Stay away... - After 3 or more hours negotiating, they came up with a price for a new vehicle, and a trade-in price for my current vehicle. As always, they requested my signature on the offer and we were agree on the terms. When I was signing the paperwork, and the new vehicle was taken to fill up with gas and wash it over, some one said that a mistake was made, and they could not honor the offer made. I was mad, spoke with the sales manager, with no result. Two days later, I spoke with the General Manager Bruce Weinrich, who apologize, but did not change anything about respecting the deal they previously offered. He basically spitted on his company name and reputation....He did not take any responsibility for the mistake made by his team, or tried to compensate some how the situation. Please do not give any more business to this company with no idea about customer service and formality...

Great Experience - This is our third time purchasing a car from this dealership. We have had wonderful experiences every single time. My transmission had a problem in my 2002 Honda Accord as we were passing through Las Cruces, NM. I was pleased to see there was a full service Honda Dealer within a mile. They looked at my transmission, supposedly, and within way too short of a time made a diagnosis that would have required dismantling the transmission. Then they told us that they wanted OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO FIX IT, and said that my transmission had be replaced. Not having $5K on me, we drove to a used car dealer, completely separate from Borman, and asked if their mechanic could look at it. Within one hour it was fixed for a total of $120. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HONDA DEALER AT BORMAN. THEY VERY DEFINITELY TRIED TO RIP US OFF. THEY KNEW WE WERE DRIVING HOME TWO THOUSAND MILES AND TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SITUATION.

Outstanding Customer Service - I'm a military member from Holloman AFB, and I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Borman. I have more than my share of cars over my 48 years of life and I must say that this was my absolute best buying experience to date. The young lady who sold me the car was outstanding. At the time of my purchase, the demand for this model far exceeded the supply and some dealers were selling them above MSRP. These cars was literally selling as fast as they were being unloaded from the trucks. There was no haggling. I had done my research and I knew how these cars were selling. I was more than happy to pay MSRP for this particular model. Borman not only sold me the car at a fair price, they also gave me a military discount, which I didn't even ask for. I can't say enough about the fine customer service I received during the sale and even weeks afterwards they followed up with me to ensure I was still happy. I'll definitely buy from them again.

Go for Duane - I was really taken good care by Duane. He is nice, patient, and most important, he is honest. He tells you everything he know, never play tricks on the deal. If you are looking for a Hyundai in this area, just go directly to Borman Autoplex, and you have to ask for Duane! Any Hyundai dealership in Albuquerque, Roswell, Tucson or even Phoenix can't beat the price in Borman. Duane, he is the best salesman I've ever seen in other Auto dealers.

Mazda 3 for our son - My wife and I bought a new Mazda 3 for our son recently. We decided to let him go to the dealerships by himself so he could experience shopping for a car on his own. He did all his own research online and then visited the dealerships with the cars on his buy list. He decided on a Mazda 3 from Borman Mazda. We did the final sales transaction with our son but he did most of the work on his own. We were very impress with the way his salesman helped him and treated him. It was a very good experience for our family.

Best buying experience ever - I recently bought a new Honda CR-V from Borman Autoplex, and had a great experience. My salesperson was very friendly, and when he didn't have an answer about something (satellite radio pre-wiring), he found out. The price was very fair, and better than the other area Honda dealers by hundreds of dollars. I've bought many cars over the years, but never as easily and professionally - and affordably! - as I did at Borman! Highly recommend!
