Back again to by another car, Bradford, Nathan and Duane were awesome as I expected. No hidden costs, really did a lot or research for me and gave me their opinion's. It is the place to go for no hassle transactions.Had been putting off buying another car, too much of a headache for me, but asked my mechanics and others what they thought was a good car for me . and started the process.Went to Borman and Duane helped us, We eyed a car right away that wasn't available at the time. He and the staff were so helpful, and no hassles and no pressure that I had with some of the other dealerships I visited. They stayed late and accommodated my schedule, Printed information when I asked questions, no hidden costs. They are so awesome.

Went in for a part told the parts guys didnt know if i needed it or not, he said he could order it and have it to me the next day. The part was never used or connected as its a fuel pressure sensor and if it was used you will notice right away. Well they told me i cant return it because i opened the plastic bag to see the part. Lol and he said for me to sell it on ebay. All parts stores do returns as long as part isn’t connected and this store doesnt. Very bad communication from their part of not letting people know on information for returns.

Me and my wife were looking for a new vehicle we were working with pierce. He made the shopping experience easy before we went to the car lot he had been communicating with us through text sending us pictures of vehicles that we were interested in. when we went in to go look he already had vehicles lined up for us to look at. When we finally decided on a car the process was fast and easy. My wife wanted tinted windows and he made that happen. If you are ever wanting a smooth experience and patience and not pushy go talk with pierce. He is patient and not pushy makes sure to make you feel comfortable and make sure all questions and needs are met.

I purchased a vehicle from the used department. FRED is the worst. He's nice until you sign the papers after that he's almost impossible to get help with anything, made it impossible for me to exchange the car within the allowed time frame, and when you ask for a supervisor, they just loop you back to Fred as if you can complain to Fred about Fred. Will never do business there again.

A few hiccups in that the Bronco Sport I had reserved, was already reserved for someone else. But the one I received I really like. In the current car market I felt a little rushed through the process because if I didn’t do everything now they were going to give it to someone else. But overall it was fine and about what to expect from any dealership.

It all started when I heard an advertisement on the radio about increased trade-in values for used cars. My husband is a disabled veteran, and has never been comfortable in my vehicle. This was the perfect opportunity to find something new. I did some research on vehicles I was interested in, and found the majority of the vehicles were at Borman AutoPlex.I headed there on a Wednesday night after work, and asked my husband to meet me. My salesman, Braden Tidwell, and the finance manager, Martin Espinoza, were wonderful from start to finish. I explained my situation and the payment I was looking for before my husband arrived. We tested a few vehicles, and decided the first one was the one we were most comfortable in. I love my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited!The staff at Borman are personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. The entire process was very smooth, and the trade-in allowance on my previous car was reasonable. I am in a vehicle I love that is also within my payment range. Braden and Martin, THANK YOU for not only listening to me, but "hearing" me also; this is something salesmen, in general, are not known for.

Adrian sent me the window sticker on a Ford F350 Diesel. I scheduled an appointment even though the truck was in transit. Once I arrived Adrian handed me over to a salesman. I was then informed that (because of the pandemic) the price of computer chips had increased and that the price of the truck had increased by 4995.00 They cut the 4995.00 price increase down to 2995.00 and wanted me to pay the new price of almost 3000. over the original price on the window sticker texted to me by Adrian. Adrian is not trust worthy at all. With the 500.00 military discount it would have only been 2495.00 over the original 62150.00 window sticker I was sent (or so I was told). So by now I am beyond the 2495.00.. It is the principal that I was lied to and that by now I am wasting my time I told Adrian that I wanted to speak with him but he acted like he was on a phone call the entire time I was there. I have read other reviews that confirm the same deceptive practices. The sales guy was running back and forth and wanted us to initial on a paper so he could show Adrian that we were committed to a deal. How about this business committing to honesty. This place has no integrity and no respect for customers. They would not adjust my trade-in allowance or work in any way to remove that extra 2495.00. I was also not given a trade-in amount until they ran the vin and saw what the pay off amount was. I would suggest everyone to find another dealership. When it comes to ADRIAN DIAZ (SALES MANAGER) Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see when dealing with this business and especially Adrian. What a shame that I wasted my time and gas going to this circus. Oh yeah.. here are my initials...W.T.F..

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership because all I saw was friendly service with professionalism from the whole team that included David B., Braden T., Bruce, and Martin. They have alot of answers to all my questions and I was satisfied with my purchase from JUNE 23,2021 of a 2022 HYANDAI TUCSON LIMITED AWD "INTENSE BLUE" . I can't even begin to tell you that I was able to test drive different makes and models as well. I was so undecided but at least Braden said you have to keep trying on a shoe and see if it fits. Yay!! I found my SUV WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I was looking for and it was worth the wait. They did not have the color and year I wanted but I was able to put a deposit and the arrival was SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!! THANKS TO THE GUYS WHO WASHED AND DETAILED IT AS WELL. I am from EL PASO and I am sad to say but HYANDAI OF EL PASO treated my mom and I like we were not important and did not even want to give me any deals after what was promised from sales manager. I didn't know how crazy until I went to Borman. We looked at a demo car and they were asking nearly 8k over MSRP. Then we looked at another vehicle, the sticker on window said 36k MSRP, then there was a printed out flyer in the windshield that said 39K. After looking at both cars we went in the office. We could not come to a reasonable price on the demo, so I asked about the other car. Now remember, 36k MSRP, 39K on the windshield, and then the print out they gave me in the office was for 45K before tax, tag, and title. I know it's a seller's market right now, but that's just price gouging at it's worst.We purchased a vehicle down in El Paso that had just arrived on the lot. We got it for about 2K over MSRP, but we got some future services with that price.Go to Borman if you interested in throwing your money away on an over valued car that will instantly depreciate 10-15K as soon as you drive it off the lot. I'm a reasonable guy and understand the market conditions are not in my favor, but those prices were just insulting.I will say that Melissa the sales person was nice.

I purchased my 2021 Honda Civic back in December 2020, Salesman Joey was helping my husband and I out with the sale along with his Manager Adrian. At first, they were real nice offered more than they provided. I traded in my expedition, once we had negotiated a trade in value, they took it upon themselves to change the numbers once they found out I owed less on my vehicle than they thought. They lowered the trade in value and presented me with a different contract. Once we confronted Joey and Adrian with the change, they said they messed up, they basically dropped the value of the trade in value and billed the difference since we owed less on the expedition. Next, with the purchase of my 2021 Civic they promised to tint my windows, which they never gave me the voucher. They promised me a dash mat which I received 6 months later. The dash mat I only received after I personally went to the dealership and complained. After I received the dash mat, they sent me the wrong dash mat. They also told me it took so long because I did not post a review on google reviews. That was never a stipulation of the dash mat. This sounds super unethical. The car came with minor scrapes and a minor dent that they promised they would fix, 6 months later and they still have not called to fix the issues as they promised. If you want a good buying experience order the car online, Borman is horrible and will over promise and under deliver. If they would have never offered any items, I would have still bought the car, but the fact that they promised all these items and then come back that they did not deliver due to me not leaving a review is unethical business practice. Google should be reviewing their reviews as they are trying to buy reviews. Borman will change the value of your contract be aware of Adrian the sales manager as he tried to change my trade in value even after we had negotiated the terms. Cannot stress enough!!! Look out for these guys.

Bought a Honda Civic at Borman in 2002. They took the mats out of the CIVIC and tried to tell me that the mats were extra. I demurred and stated "no problem, I'll just not buy the car". I demurred and stated "no problem, I'll just not buy the car". They then "gave" the floor mats to me. I decided to get the car despite the fact they tried to screw me. Fast FWD to 2017. I'd driven the previous Honda into the mud over roughly 17 years. It was a good car and I decided to go with Honda again. Purchased another CIVIC from Borman Honda. Paid cash on the spot, had a 1 year full warranty with the purchase. Roughly 2 months later the windshield started cracking. There was no impact of any kind causing the crack, and no impact 'crater" could be detected in the windshield. Never the less Borman Honda refused to fix or replace the windshield, claiming without evidence that the windshield had "probably" suffered an impact. Again, no visible impact marks could be seen.Borman Honda doesn't honor their warranties. Now I'm in the market for another car and Borman won't see a penny of the $40K I'm planning on spending on my next car. All over a $150 windshield and their miserliness towards a customer regarding warranties.Lastly, Borman sold my personal information. I've been receiving intrusive phone calls for the last 2 years regarding my "warranty has expired". Selling my information is bad enough, but especially bad that the companies wanting me to extend the warranty are apparently unaware that Borman doesn't honor warranties in the first place.

Just purchased a new car!!!! Big purchases always give me anxiety, but Braden Tidwell made tge process very easy. He was extremely professional and friendly. We discussed what my family and I were looking for in advance, he had the vehicles that matched my wants and needs ready when we arrived. I had a set appointment, so that there was no waste of time. I bought a 2019 Hyundai on the 18th from the used car lot. They were nice enough to let me have the car until the paperwork for my license was processed. When the deadline came, the paperwork was still processing. Instead of running my credit again, Steve Gutierrez (financial department) came up with a plan to help me keep my car. Without having to, he helped me submit my loan app online and even help walk through the phone with Capital One. All this with a mountain of paperwork he had to complete. By far the most respectful, helpful and understanding individual I’ve came across in automotive sales. Highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity. I would give this man 10 stars if I could.

After looking at information about the 2021 Hyundai Elantra we received a very pleasant email response from Braden Tidwell introducing himself as a salesperson from the Borman Autoplex in Las Cruces offering his services in assisting us with the purchase of a new vehicle. We were not quite ready to purchase one at that time but Braden stayed in touch with us by email for about six months. When we were ready to buy a new car he set up an in home meeting with us and brought the model in the color we wanted to our home for a test drive, After driving the new Hyundai Elantra and discussing the purchase price Braden offered to take the vehicle back to the dealership, discuss our purchase offer with his sales manager, and let us know if it was accepted. To our delight he let us know the offer was accepted, he would get all the paperwork completed, the car prepared for delivery, and bring it and the paperwork to sign. Later the same day he did just that and we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. Braden made this the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had and will definitely recommend Braden and the Borman Autoplex to our friends and family. Thank you to Braden Tidwell for helping me find the vehicle I wanted. He was great to work with and he answered all my questions. Thank you to Martin Espinoza for making sure I was purchasing the vehicle that I really wanted, finding me a good rate and getting me a payment I could afford, when it came down to actually signing. Buying a vehicle can be intimidating because it is not something we do everyday. Especially as a female walking into a dealership all by myself, one would think that they would take advantage, however that was not the case whatsoever. They really did take care of me and helped me understand certain things that I didn't know. They made sure I felt comfortable with the buying process by explaining details and answering several questions. I can honestly say I had fun purchasing my vehicle because we were all laughing and joking around. If it wasn't for all the COVID restrictions in place right now, people would have thought we were having a big party. All in all, I was treated with respect and concern and they are still helping me after my purchase with any questions, concerns, or needs, which I'm sure will continue. Extremely dishonest service department that is incentivized for overcharging customers and doing unnecessary service. They attempted to do a repair that would have cost upwards of $4,000 on one of my family members' vehicles. Despite multiple interactions telling them to stop they tried to go ahead anyway. My family member ended up paying them $500 just to get the damn car back. This is not how you retain customers.

Don't ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with them. We purchased a Ford F-150 from them in October 2020 and it is now Feb. 2021 and we still have not received the license plates for this vehicle. I had the vehicle about a week and the check engine light came on. Borman Ford service department told me to make an appointment which would be 2 weeks away and they would diagnose the problem. They were supposed to provide a second key for the vehicle which they never did. I will never deal with them again.

Was brought a 2015 Ford F-150 to look at and test drive during COVID-19. The truck wasn’t in bad shape but when I asked the sales person, they said it was “perfect” with no damage. I’m fine with being told there are dings and dents on the vehicle. Just be honest. But don’t tell me something is “perfect” when it’s not. There was some badly touched up dings on the right rear door and dents in the tailgate. Once again, just be honest and tell me there are dings or dents. After a couple of seconds of being around the truck I could smell burning oil and red flags started going off. I turned the truck off to look around a bit. The sales person went on about how meticulous their mechanics are. After some looking around I went to start up the truck. Heard cranking and I stopped. Was the truck on? Nope. Tried again. Cranking. Nothing. Dash says charging system needs service. The sales person proceeded to make up random things about her leaving the truck on so the battery is probably dead. She gets in the truck and mashes the gas while cranking to start it up. Told her no thanks and she left. Didn’t get a sorry. Nothing. Waste of time. We told the sales manager that we saw the truck and it wouldn’t even start for a test drive. His response? “Ok.” Once again. No sorry. Not, “Let me show you something else. I can get you a good deal on a different vehicle.” Didn’t try to earn my business and didn’t care to make it right that they tried to sell a $23k dud to me Just a good ole’ “Ok.” I’ll recommend to everyone I know to not go to Borman. Waste of time and a waste of money.

I called Borman Auto Plex on 05/05/2020 asking about pricing on a 4x4 Ford 150 Crew Cab. After being connected to the finance dept I was assured they would call me back within the hour on some prices. Needless to say they never bothered to call me back but that's ok. I ended up buying a better truck at Bravo Chevrolet on that same day. Bravo Chevrolet knows how to treat their customers.

Terrible!!! Stay away... - After 3 or more hours negotiating, they came up with a price for a new vehicle, and a trade-in price for my current vehicle. As always, they requested my signature on the offer and we were agree on the terms. When I was signing the paperwork, and the new vehicle was taken to fill up with gas and wash it over, some one said that a mistake was made, and they could not honor the offer made. I was mad, spoke with the sales manager, with no result. Two days later, I spoke with the General Manager Bruce Weinrich, who apologize, but did not change anything about respecting the deal they previously offered. He basically spitted on his company name and reputation....He did not take any responsibility for the mistake made by his team, or tried to compensate some how the situation. Please do not give any more business to this company with no idea about customer service and formality...

Great Experience - This is our third time purchasing a car from this dealership. We have had wonderful experiences every single time. For our most recent purchase, Mr. Nathan Miller was the person helping us throughout the process. He is very professional and straight to the point. My transmission had a problem in my 2002 Honda Accord as we were passing through Las Cruces, NM. I was pleased to see there was a full service Honda Dealer within a mile. They looked at my transmission, supposedly, and within way too short of a time made a diagnosis that would have required dismantling the transmission. Then they told us that they wanted OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO FIX IT, and said that my transmission had be replaced. Not having $5K on me, we drove to a used car dealer, completely separate from Borman, and asked if their mechanic could look at it. Within one hour it was fixed for a total of $120. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HONDA DEALER AT BORMAN. THEY VERY DEFINITELY TRIED TO RIP US OFF. THEY KNEW WE WERE DRIVING HOME TWO THOUSAND MILES AND TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SITUATION.

Whomever wrote these glowing advertisement like reviews did not go to the same place I did. Do yourself a favor. Get a quote of the complete price including everything by e-mail before going there. If they won't do it, that tells you something. First time they try to pull a fast one, walk out the door. I'm not even talking used here, buying new makes you want to take a shower.

Outstanding Customer Service - I'm a military member from Holloman AFB, and I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Borman. I have more than my share of cars over my 48 years of life and I must say that this was my absolute best buying experience to date. The young lady who sold me the car was outstanding. At the time of my purchase, the demand for this model far exceeded the supply and some dealers were selling them above MSRP. These cars was literally selling as fast as they were being unloaded from the trucks. There was no haggling. I had done my research and I knew how these cars were selling. I was more than happy to pay MSRP for this particular model. Borman not only sold me the car at a fair price, they also gave me a military discount, which I didn't even ask for. I can't say enough about the fine customer service I received during the sale and even weeks afterwards they followed up with me to ensure I was still happy. I'll definitely buy from them again.

Go for Duane - I was really taken good care by Duane. He is nice, patient, and most important, he is honest. He tells you everything he know, never play tricks on the deal. If you are looking for a Hyundai in this area, just go directly to Borman Autoplex, and you have to ask for Duane! Any Hyundai dealership in Albuquerque, Roswell, Tucson or even Phoenix can't beat the price in Borman. Duane, he is the best salesman I've ever seen in other Auto dealers.

One price deal a promissed - Thanks to Sara we got what we wanted at the price we were looking to pay. It took a little while to get though the dealership process but we are happy with the car. This is our 6th vehicle we have bought from this dealer in 20 years.

Mazda 3 for our son - My wife and I bought a new Mazda 3 for our son recently. We decided to let him go to the dealerships by himself so he could experience shopping for a car on his own. He did all his own research online and then visited the dealerships with the cars on his buy list. He decided on a Mazda 3 from Borman Mazda. We did the final sales transaction with our son but he did most of the work on his own. We were very impress with the way his salesman helped him and treated him. It was a very good experience for our family.

Best buying experience ever - I recently bought a new Honda CR-V from Borman Autoplex, and had a great experience. My salesperson was very friendly, and when he didn't have an answer about something (satellite radio pre-wiring), he found out. The price was very fair, and better than the other area Honda dealers by hundreds of dollars. I've bought many cars over the years, but never as easily and professionally - and affordably! - as I did at Borman! Highly recommend!
